Looking for Feedback on SEO Companies in Midtown, TX

I’m currently looking for a reliable SEO company in Midtown, TX to help with a local business website (mainly service-based). There are quite a few options out there, but it's tough to separate the ones who actually deliver results from the ones just good at selling.
Has anyone here worked with any SEO agencies or consultants in the Midtown area? I’d love to hear:
