Recommended? Using small business website design services—Are they any good?

Hi everyone,

I'm finally upgrading the website for my small local bakery. I'm operating on a tight budget but need something that looks sharp, loads fast, and lets people actually order online without a fuss. Someone pointed me towards this agency's small business website design services.

Has anyone here actually used them for a small-scale project? Did they keep the costs manageable, and more importantly, did the final product look and function professionally, or did it feel like a cheap template job? Any feedback on their process or post-launch support would be massively appreciated before I commit.
