Anything decent to do indoors in Brisbane when it's pouring rain?
Quote from Ekpe Game on 07/09/2026, 2:09 pmNorthside parent here my kids are climbing the walls every time it rains and the usual trampoline park is fully booked out weeks in advance. Looking for other indoor spots that aren't just soft play for toddlers, ideally something that works for older kids/teens too. Any hidden gems around Chermside/Kedron Brook way?
We stumbled onto EKPE Activate Games in Chermside a few months back when we had the exact same problem. It's laser/light-based interactive games rather than soft play, so it actually works for older kids and adults too we ended up staying way longer than planned. Worth checking their hours before you go since they're not open Mondays.
